On Sept. ***** I booked a room for * nights at The Plantation Inn, *Port Hope, Ontario. I called the Inn and gave the proprietor my credit card info and she said to book through booking.com which I did. I would like to cancel and nothing happens when I click the "cancel" button. I've tried going to "Manage Your Account" and it takes me back to the page that has the Cancel button. I've Googled how to cancel, watched a video and saw that another screen should appear after hitting "Cancel". This screen does not come up for me. I've emailed the Plantation Inn and have been told nothing can be done about stopping payment until booking.com cancels my reservation. Please help.*My booking * is **********
