we went to Tenerife **-**-**** for a week ,when we got there the apartment smelt of mould and damp ,there was little bugs on work top in kitchen.The bedroom curtain ( not curtains as there was only one) did not fit the whole window,so other people in the apartment next to us could see right in ,Robert was the man who met us to give the key and show us around ,we told him at the time that we were not happy with the apartment ,and have you got any other apartment we can stay in ,he then rang his office and they said they had no where else .We could not stay there it felt unsafe as the bedroom window did not lock .I have sent you emails all togather has been ** times from me to you ,and you to me, so now I am getting pissed off now as it seems like I am talking to a robot my confirmation number is ****.***.****pin code *****apartment San Rafael ** Tenerife*email booked with S*****@***.com*arrive date **-**-**** and the leaving date should of been *-**-**** but had to go and find somewhere else to stay in a hotel which cost £**** but we had to stay somewhere .but one email you sent said we should of contract you but how can I if you don't reply to my emails ,I would like you to review this matter as I am not getting anywhere with you .I paid £*** for this apartment ,and as one of your staff said if you go for *.* you shouldn't expect a top place ,but even if it was *.* you should have clean no smells of damp or mould .so what I will expect is my money back .surly you should make sure it is livable if it is on your website
