I booked the Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles international airport. I wrongly have the check in time as *pm for the **th of Feb. It should be *am and I am checking out on the same day around *pm. I'm trying to cancel my booking but there is a penalty charge. I'm requesting your understanding to waive this. I even called the hotel and they say they don't even have my booking. I'm travelling tomorrow and have no clue what's going to happen as I did not get any reply to my emails as yet. Please please help. My conformation number is**********. You can please revert your soonest to *****@***.com or *****@***.com. I urgently need to know how can I go about getting this resolve. Please help me.
