I had cancelled two bookings that at first appeared non refundable. However when selecting cancellation your site advised that if I cancelled within the window period no charges would be made to my account. I have since received two emails for both bookings confirming that I will not be charged for the cancellations. However there has been a preauthorisation for each booking on my bank account. I would like this reversed as soon as possible. I have already made a new booking which I am happy with and am waiting for the return of almost £***. I look forward to your response.
