My confirmation * is **********. I recieved an email from Booking.com comfirming my reservation starting today through Wednesday ****. The additional information indicated a check in time of *:** pm to *: **. After doing my grocery shopping for the * days I was to be at the cabin, I arrived at the cabin to check in at *pm. The host*property owners were there and told my that check in was at *pm, I was early. The cabin apparently was not ready. I had perishable items and had to the local convenience style store for ice cubes and cooler then sit and wait for the cabin. The property oweners of this cabin and booking.com need to communicate details like this so the customer can know how to organize thier vacation. I got fed up and went home!
