I booked with you yesterday for a short break. I was told there would be nothing to pay until I arrived. You then took * payments from my account without notification. I have emailed already twice and heard nothing back! The hotel I booked with told me I had to speak to you before they could refund me please contact me urgently on ***********. I’m sure this is theft on your part so I need to sort before I take legal action!
