I made a reservation with Booking.com for The Gates Hotel in Key West, FL for Jan **, **** - Jan **, ****. I was surprised when reading the details that I had no options to change dates or cancel through Booking.com. The hotel said that I could cancel up to Jan **, ****.....if I had reserved directly to them. I also could have selected a Senior reservation ( my wife and I are both over ** yrs old). Booking.com has already taken full charges from my Visa account and I need changes to the contract or my bank will give me full funding back and then go after Booking.com for refund. I will then make reservations at the hotel. Please respond before I start the actions through my bank.
GetHuman-rkallenb did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
