I booked The Jung hotel Saturday October **th but an emergency came up and I wasn’t able to drive all the way to New Orleans so I needed to cancel the reservation. I sent in a cancel request through you guys October **th and haven’t heard from you guys since. The Jung hotel charged my credit card $***.** October **th after speaking with them to cancel reservation and also charged my card this morning October **th a $** charge for not showing up. I spoke with them and was told to contact you guys to cancel those charges to my card. Get back to me ASAP.
