I made a booking with ANZ Crowne Plaza Narita via Booking.com under ref ********** for Steven Naidu on the **rd of August, ****. On **th of August, ****, I cancelled the booking and received an email from Booking.com confirming the cancellation. Yet my credit card has been debited on ********** although I made the cancellations well before the cancellation due date. I called the hotel and they said they were not advised by the Booking.com about the cancellation. Please investigate and organize to refund.
