Have booked accomodation, booking number ********** at Esperance WA, it was my understanding that, credit card details were only used to secure the booking and that payment was due at the accomodation as stated on your web site (pay at property) and book now, pay when you stay, but our credit card has been charged by the accomodation, plus a credit card fee, we would have preferred to pay with cash on the day or EFT and avoid the card fee, I rang the accomodation and they said it was standard practice, which contradicts what is stated on your wed site.**John Milowski
