I just called Booking.com at ***********. I waited patiently for about ** min., commandeered at about **:** am. A man answered and I told him I had been waiting for a $**.** refund from July. Then there was no response from his end. I asked if he would like some information and he said, ya, that would be nice. I asked what he needed, he said confirmation no, so I gave it to him, then the pin number which I gave him. Then he asked me something which I could not understand, I probley asked him twice. He then said, YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, and I said yes I do what is your name and he HUNG UP! *I would like to get my $**.** refund for the booking.*The confirmation * ***********Pin code *****Lynn Eule*L*****@***.com*I called on my home phone, ***-***-****
