I will dispute all charges on my credit card, I cancelled "All " reservations on July **, and received a cancellation text from you. On August **, I contacted the hotel manager by phone and was told that two nights have already been paid using my credit card. He stated that he could not do anything about the mistake that BOOKING. COM made, and that he is not responsible. The total charges is $***.**. Confirmation * ********** cancelled July **. I would appreciate this problem resolved. You will not get any cooperation from the hotel manager.
