I booked a hotel room in Indianapolis at the Fairfield inn in downtown for September **th. I chose the non refundable option as it is cheaper and I know we are for sure going. Unfortunately my girlfriend had already got a different room at a different hotel without my knowledge. I realize the hotel was “non refundable” but I didn’t know if it was at all possible to cancel the hotel room and get at least some of my money back as the hotel was very expensive. I read online of some people who had gotten their money back and I was hoping you might be able to do something to help me out. It’s her birthday present to go up for the Taylor Swift concert and it would be a huge downer if we lost over $*** because of my mistake. Please help me out any way you can. **Thanks!
