I made a reservation through booking.com on Sunday the **th and checked in about *:**..... the reservation was for the night I actually could not get hooked up to any kind of Wi-Fi network whatsoever the whole time I was here Sunday night, all the way up until Monday night!! The reservation was for the night of the **th and the **th and we would check out today on the **th! I called the front desk yesterday afternoon about * and they told me that it would be resolved shortly and not to worry but little do they know, that the entire time I've been here so far, that I was being charged for the data I was using on my phone! Which is adding up to weigh more than the kind of discount that they are offering me for a room tonight because I happen to be staying somewhere one more night. Just found out this morning. The gentleman that I spoke to at booking.com seem to take no kind of responsibility whatsoever and I told him I was not satisfied with the discount they were offering me because it doesn't even reimburse me for what I'm being charged on my phone because of them. Then as I was trying to verify with him that he was not going to do anything he hung up on me and the phone went silent! I just want a verification from you guys that booking.com is not going to handle this and is not going to offer me something to make up for what has happened? Thank you please call me back
