The issue in GetHuman-murilob's own words
Good evening. *I called booking.com on Thursday night to solve a reservation issue (Confirmation **********), which was perfectly handled and fixed by the person who handled the matter. However, I had another reservation to the same hotel (**********) which the attendant informed me that I DID NOT need to cancel because she had rectified the previous one and it would automatically updated. First reservation was automatically updated but the second one (**********) did not get cancelled. As the result of that, I was charged twice by the property. Redbury hotel did not even mentioned that I had * reservations. I just think it was bad faith from their side.**I would like to request the reimbursement of the amount, since I was informed by Booking.com Custumer Service Team that I had no longer to cancelled the second booking (**********)**Looking forward hearing from you the soonest.**Best,**-Murilo Bortolli
