They did nothing to correct the situation. I other them tell me to contact Novotel hotel who denied crediting me for the Family room. Bookings.com is not a company that I will ever do business with again. They do not stand behind the customer. Within seconds of receiving their confirmation I contacted them to tell the of the error. I guess error are not allowed when working with bookings!
