I have a booking for * rooms from **** to **** (* nights) at the Omni Shoreham in Washington DC. The booking can be cancelled without charge at this time. The confirmation number is **********. My name is Ross Luke. I want to change the arrival date to **** and keep the same departure date. The Omni advise that I need to do this thru booking.com but the website does not allow me to do it advising that there is no availability for these dates. This is obviously inappropriate since I want to cancel a single night but otherwise keep the reservation. Please advise me how to make the change.
