Hi, after making a reservation I was emailed later that there was a mistake on the end of the hotel and that the dates I confirmed are not available. Is there something that can be done here? I'm not sure why this mistake was made, where the dates were initially available, but it's very disappointing. Would it be possible to receive a credit for a future booking for the inconvenience? Thanks very much.
