I’ve already emailed customer service about this once in *******. No response. Here is the confirmation number. ********** and the pin code. **** I reserved a room in Cleveland. I made a mistake because I needed the red roof in Elyria oh. They gave me a better rate. You guys subsequently charged me a ** dollar cancel fee. Then you charged me the difference in rates ***.** on ******* like you had anything to do with the booking. You didn’t. Please refund my ***.** and enjoy the ** bucks. Apologies for the mix up.
