I booked a room at Red Rock hotel and casino in Las Vegas for Sun June **. I called yesterday to cancel because my husband and I got sick and are unable to take our trip at this time. I was told by the agent who talked to me that he had to get approval from Red Rock to refund my money. I waited while he checked with Red Rock. He said there was no manager on duty to ok the refund and that he had to sent an email to Red Rock asking for the refund allowing Red Rock ** hrs. to respond. Upon hearing from Red Rock he would return my call and hopefully return my deposit. I have called the ***-***-**** number for booking.com and am not able to get an answer. Please help me.
