My fianc* and I booked a room with booking.com over Memorial Day weekend ( *******-*******) and had the absolute worst experience! The photos on your website were no where near accurate. We sta*** at the Belmont Inn and Suits in Virginia Beach, and it was by far, the dirtiest, nastiest place! There was black mold all over the room, and in my case I’m highly allergic! I’ll be seeing my doctor as soon as I can because of this experience! I will be calling the better business borough on this website and the hotel as well! We deserve a refund for the **** we went through this weekend, and if it hadn’t been for your false advertising, we would have NEVER sta*** there!
I trust that Booking.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
