We booked hotel with Agoda and hotel cancelled our booking. Apparently booking.com had to get in touch with the hotel. Today Agoda emailed me to say as a gesture of goodwill they will pay *** dollars toward a replacement hotel. We paid £***.** for this hotel and *** dollars is nowhere near that amount. We would like our money back please then we will rebook another hotel. Thankyou
