I have a booking (Conformation*:**********) and due to a death in the famy I have to move the stay forward a month. I spoke to the manager and she told me to call customer service to tell them that she approved the change. Customer service couldnt reach her when I called and said they reached out to her and that you will call me back within ** hours. It's been more than ** hours and I need help. Thank you.
