My name is Ross Rice. I have been playing World of Warcraft for ** years. I have always enjoyed the game until now. I chatted with a blizzard employee a couple of weeks ago and told him that I wanted to quit permanently. He assured me that I would not be charged anymore yet I have discovered that blizzard has charged me another $**. ** for another six months. I have not played since my conversation with that employee. I would like a refund for that amount please. Ever since Activision's acquisition of Blizzard Entertainment the game has been dumbed down so severely it holds little challenge for me and I don't like what I see. Demote me from level *** to **, lets part friends. It's all over the Internet so it should come as no surprise.
