How Do I Merge My Battle.net Accounts on Blizzard?

If you have multiple Battle.net accounts on Blizzard, some of them may be combined into one account; however, not every game account can be combined, and some features of accounts that can be combined cannot be switched over. Also, once your Battle.net accounts are combined by Blizzard, the process cannot be reversed.
