Today, I realized my email address had been changed without my permission on my Blizzard account. I am unable to access any of my games due to this issue. Prior to this, there were unauthorized security checks conducted on my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach out using my email for verification. I am very concerned as I have invested a lot of time and enjoyment into these games. My account name is kankrivantas, but I am unsure of the associated number.

Hey, I recently started multiboxing a few days ago. I set up three additional accounts, boosted them to [redacted], and leveled them to [redacted] by myself. To get to the point, I was farming with a friend in a 2x4 setup, forming two groups for efficiency. However, today, I was unexpectedly disconnected and banned for alleged real-world currency trading. I have never engaged in such activities; my goal in farming gold and setting up multiboxes was solely to save up for the longboi mount. If I wanted gold, I would have bought it directly instead of going through the effort of multiboxing, leveling, and farming. I believe this ban might be part of a larger banwave, and I would like to appeal it as I have no history of gold trading. All four of my accounts have been affected. The software I used for multiboxing is Hotkeynet, which I researched and found to be legitimate. Additionally, I utilize Gnome Sequencer Enhanced for macros to assist with tab targeting on my multiboxes.

I had a guild called Warriors of Darkness on Black Water Raiders for 10 years. Due to work, my CO GM temporarily took over. However, he unexpectedly kicked me and other members out, taking control of the guild. Despite my daily visits, I received no warning or explanation. The situation has left me and the other players upset. I hope to regain ownership of my guild with your assistance. I am 68 years old and have continuously played both Retail and Classic versions. Communication channels like Real ID and personal phone numbers were available to my CO GM and his wife, but sadly, there was no effort to resolve this issue. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

While playing classic World of Warcraft, a Game Master contacted me about potential illegal activity on my account, leading to its suspension. I followed the provided link to address the issue but couldn't resolve it. Subsequently, I was locked out due to suspected hacking. My email was altered, my password remains the same, and someone set up an authenticator preventing access. I require assistance in recovering my account and disabling the authenticator to regain access. This seems like the necessary solution to restore my account.

I am a member of the guild Warriors of Darkness on Black Water Raiders. I have been a part of this guild for several years, but due to work commitments last year, I had my Co-GM temporarily take over leadership. Unfortunately, he decided to kick me out of the guild along with other members and took over control. Despite being active in the game on a daily basis, he did not communicate with me before taking this action. I am upset about this situation and so are the other affected players. I am hoping to reclaim ownership of my guild and would appreciate any assistance you can offer in resolving this matter. I am an adult player in my forties with a consistent gaming presence in both Retail and Classic versions. There was no lack of communication channels available between us, as they have my contact information. Thank you for any help you can provide.

While at work this afternoon, I couldn't access my phone. I noticed someone hacking into my account, changing my passwords and email. Panicked, I rushed home. Despite trying everything, I couldn't regain access as the hacker changed all the login details. Friends sent me proof of the account's altered name to SpedWurkz and new email as [redacted], the original email I used. My Call of Duty Modern Warfare account was also taken over, with changes made to my clan and regiment. I have images for evidence. I need help getting my account back from the hacker and restoring control to myself.

Hello! I have been working to regain access to my Blizzard account for the past few weeks. Initially, my email was locked for security reasons, which led to my Blizzard account being locked. After regaining access to my email, I submitted a ticket to "unlock my account" and it was successful. However, after changing the password, my account was unexpectedly banned. I submitted a ticket regarding the ban and was asked for identification to prove ownership. The account was originally under my step-dad's name but the email was changed to mine years ago, making it essentially my brother's and my account. Despite multiple attempts with both my step-dad's and my identification, including proof of purchases, Blizzard has not lifted the ban. I even mistakenly requested an email change due to lack of responses. It's frustrating to provide evidence of ownership and still not have my account reinstated to my original email. I hope to find a resolution soon. Thank you.

Unfortunately, my previous computer, on which I had World of Warcraft installed, stopped working. I have now acquired a new computer and am attempting to re-download the game. However, I have encountered a problem with the authentication process on Battle.net. After getting to the point where I can download the game, I am stuck at the authenticator section. I had recently switched to a new phone and re-downloaded the authenticator app I previously used without saving the transfer info from the old phone. This has made it impossible for me to provide the authentication code requested by Blizzard support. I have already submitted an ID picture to verify my identity and explain the issue, but I have yet to receive a response from them. With their limited live chat hours and unavailable phone service, I am unsure of how to proceed. If anyone has official contact information that works or can assist me in getting in touch with Blizzard, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've been immersed in World of Warcraft for over a decade. Recently, due to Covid, I embraced the game again. My account tag is HawkPotato58#[redacted]. Despite smooth gameplay last night, I suddenly faced disconnection with a message stating my account was logged into by another user. Shortly after, I received an email notifying me of a changed account email. Tonight, when attempting to log in, I discovered my account was banned, stating incorrect login information. My main characters are essential to me, and being left with only 20 days of game time out of 30, due to financial constraints, I'm worried. If further information is needed, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your assistance. -A.F.

Hello, A few days ago, my guild and I moved from Dragonfang to Bloodfang in WoW Classic. I had a friend check if my main character's name was available on the new server by creating a level 1 character with the name, confirming it was free, and then promptly deleting it. However, upon my migration, I was informed that the name was unavailable. I am uncertain if another player managed to claim the name in the short time between my friend's deletion of the character and my transfer, or if there is a technical issue preventing the name from being released. I have not found any information in the forums regarding this scenario. Shouldn't the name have been freed up immediately upon deletion? I am hoping you can provide clarification on this matter or release the name as it should be available for use. Thank you in advance, Kurner

My account was hacked, resulting in unauthorized purchases linked to an unfamiliar email. I managed to recover my account from the hackers who changed my login credentials but asked permission to use it. I have since enabled two-step verification, updated my password, and logged out from all devices. I would appreciate it if you could disable the option to change emails on my Blizzard account. The unauthorized purchases were not charged to my card, so please refrain from refunding them. I am sharing this information for you to take appropriate measures. My Battle Tag is RedMine#[redacted]. I have receipts for the interactions with the hackers and purchases, which I can provide if needed. The orders are #US[redacted]06, #US[redacted]62, and #US[redacted]33. Considering I have only 3 cents in my account, those transactions were likely made using a gift card. Would it be possible to transfer the remaining balance back to my account? I am grateful to have regained control of my account and hope you can address the situation with the hackers.

Hello, I recently returned to playing D2 after a long absence of over 10 years. However, I encountered an issue where I was unexpectedly banned for farming a boss multiple times. Despite researching the guidelines that mention creating 30 games per hour or [redacted] games in 12 hours, I still got banned again after only around 15 games. My character is specialized in farming Nihlathak, and I carefully planned to create up to 29 games per hour to avoid any violations. Strangely, I still faced another ban. I am puzzled as to how this occurred and seek clarification on the exact rules for game creation and joining to prevent future bans. The restriction message during the ban stating I can't create new games but can join them is confusing, especially when I can't join either. These bans, aimed at preventing botting, seem to affect legitimate players more severely. It's frustrating that while bots run continuously, regular players like me are restricted from engaging in efficient farming practices.

Downloading is slow! It's unbelievable that it takes whole days to download a game! I just purchased Modern Warfare, with a whopping 99GB download speed capped at 1MB/s on your site, is this normal? I spent another 2 days downloading a previous 40GB update. If the download speed doesn't improve, I request a refund. I am not willing to wait weeks to download a game anymore.

Hello, it has been over a decade since I last played D2. Upon my return, I discovered a troubling issue with getting banned for farming one boss repeatedly. Research led me to know I could create 30 games per hour or [redacted] games per 12 hours. Since my character focuses on farming Nihlathak specifically and other areas yield less value, I aimed to create and farm around 29 games per hour. To my surprise, I received another ban after just 15 games. Subsequently, while banned, I encountered an error message stating I couldn't create new games, yet I couldn't join existing ones either. This situation seems counterintuitive. The bans target botters, but they seem adept at circumventing these restrictions, leaving legitimate players struggling. Could you clarify the ban criteria for me? Could I possibly be marked as a botter for hitting this limit? I request the removal of any restrictions on my account and precise details on game creation restrictions. Additionally, I play from two PCs on one IP for muling and BOing. More detailed information on when the hourly and 12-hour limits apply, whether joining games counts, and the impact of multiple PCs on one IP would be appreciated. Please communicate to the D2 server administrators the issues faced by legitimate players due to these restrictions. I hope alternative solutions can be considered that do not affect us unfairly. My main account is Alchemist2400, linked to my modern b.net account Alchemist#[redacted]. My email is [redacted], associated with both D2 and modern b.net. I also have a secondary key pair for my laptop for muling and BO purchased under [redacted] Thank you, Arjen S.

Recently, my credit card was declined by BMO, causing my Blizzard Warcraft payment to not process. After updating my payment information on my account -- username EANDHREID -- for Perenolde (approximately 17 characters) and Cairne (3 characters), I logged in to find all my characters missing. Upon checking the US server list, I noticed Perenolde and Cairne were not listed. Worried, I submitted a ticket before bed. The next day, there were no pending tickets, and I couldn't view my characters on my account page. Although my Battle Tag was still there, it seemed like I didn't exist in the game. I'm reaching out via email due to the ticket problem. I've devoted 12 years to Warcraft, and the thought of losing everything is distressing. Without my characters, I won't be able to continue playing. I seek assistance in transferring my characters back to their rightful servers. Even though I paid for 6 months, I have nothing to show for it. Please, I need help!

I was called a derogatory term during a game for making strategic calls. The other player rallied friends to report me, leading to an account warning. Can someone address this issue of hate speech adequately? Is there a legal department contact for resolving such matters? I am willing to involve an attorney if necessary. If phone communication is not an option, I will seek alternative legal channels.

My Blizzard account linked to my email "[redacted]" has been compromised. My account ID is Alex#[redacted]. I discovered that the email linked to my account was changed without my authorization. I suspect my account has been hacked. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] My work cell is [redacted] and my mobile cell is [redacted]. I have a 10 Mbps internet connection, which isn't the fastest but still gets the job done. It took me 2 weeks to download Warzone due to slower speeds, power outages, and other interruptions, peaking at around [redacted] KB/s. Now that it's downloaded, I can't play as it requires a US phone number. I'm in Namibia with a Namibian number, willing to share it with Activision. I tried using an app for a US number, contacted support (no reply), and attempted to upload ID for a country change request (failed due to bad internet). I'm at my wit's end, unable to get help despite my efforts. I'm unable to uninstall and reinstall the game due to my slow internet and lack of patience. Please help me resolve this frustrating issue.

I recently tried to access my Blizzard World of Warcraft accounts and noticed that out of my five accounts, four were missing all my characters as of 8/15/[redacted]. It had been a couple of weeks since my last login. Interestingly, the fifth account still had all my characters intact. I read on forums that there was a significant server merging, which I understand, but I am devastated to see all my years of character development gone. I have been a dedicated WoW player since the early days and never experienced anything like this before. Where are my hard-earned characters now? I hope they have not been deleted. Can someone provide me with a reliable phone number to reach the customer support team for assistance?
