Hi , I turned in a ticket, it was cancled - never got a response -I has to send a picture of my drivers licence, due to my authenticator is not working, It says enter authenticator code, but I don't have one. my problem is I can not log in, I get disconnected as soon as I log in. it keeps asking for my authenticator , but it is not working, i get no code sent on my phone , I tried all my numbers that I have, it says they are not valid, It is a horrible loop of contact us, but enter the authenticator code, but code does not work, so contact us. Its a sick sense of humor you guys have, anyway, I would love to be able to communicate with SOMEONE to explain what is happening and maybe get some help.
