Hello, I wanted to address the issue I've encountered with my Overwatch accounts. My initial account, cap#[redacted], was banned for alleged "hacking," which I believed might have been due to a potential keylogging incident at a PC Café in Korea. Despite my efforts to appeal the ban twice, it was not lifted. Subsequently, my current account, Florence#[redacted], which was given to me by a friend who never played competitively, was also banned for the same reason without me engaging in any online matches. I am currently in Korea on vacation from Australia, playing on a laptop with low FPS, restricting my gameplay to the Practice Range only. I have discussed this issue with friends who suspect a problem with my laptop triggering false hack detections. I have conducted numerous virus scans on my computer with no issues reported. I request a review of both my accounts as I have invested significant time and dedication to Overwatch, and it would be unfortunate to lose it all due to unwarranted bans. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, This is the second time one of my accounts has been banned for "hacking," and I find it completely absurd. The first instance occurred with my account under the battletag cap#[redacted], where I suspected I might have been keylogged at a PC Café in Korea due to not having an authenticator installed. Despite submitting two tickets to appeal the ban on cap#[redacted], both were denied. I then moved on to my current account, Florence#[redacted], which was given to me by a friend who never played competitively. I have not participated in any games or interacted with anyone in Overwatch since receiving the account. I am now on vacation in Korea from Australia and play on a laptop with poor FPS, limiting me to the Practice Range. I have been informed that a virus on my laptop triggered the ban; however, after running three virus scans, no issues were found. I kindly request a review of both my current and initial account bans. Thank you.

I am unhappy with the decision to change Soldier 76's orientation. Adding a new backstory to make a beloved character gay feels wrong. It seems like a way to be trendy or please a small group, even though most fans are not bothered. This change goes against 76's loner persona. To make it better, I suggest turning Vincent into a fallen comrade instead of a lover. In war, comradeship is key, not romance. This alteration disappoints me because I can no longer connect with my favorite hero. Please reconsider this choice. If it stays, I may need to return or avoid all my 76 merchandise as I don't want that image in my collection. Thank you.

I noticed while watching the Filipino version of the show "Minute to Win It" in the Philippines, aired on ABS CBN around 6:00 PM on weekdays, that just before a mini-game starts, you can faintly hear the Overwatch theme song playing in the background. I wanted to bring this to your attention as it might be a copyright issue. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I hope it is helpful. -January 9, [redacted]. - Xylon Saipen

On January 9th, [redacted], my account, KawaiiKombat, was connected to the email “[redacted]” Recently, the account information has been transferred to “[redacted]” without my authorization. I want to clarify that I have not changed my identity. It seems my account has been compromised, and now it is being managed by someone in East Asia. This account holds my credit card details and shows numerous unauthorized transactions. I am requesting the return of my account to its rightful owner.

I submitted tickets for help with farming Bloodsail rep, but three GMs were unable to assist. The fourth GM directed me to Wowhead, which recommended farming in old Arathi Highlands and creating a targeting macro for NPC attacks. After playing this way, another GM in-game contacted me explaining that it was an acceptable method, as per information from Wowhead from nine years ago. Subsequently, I was unexpectedly killed, likely by a GM checking for botting due to low-level NPCs and my absence from warmode. I questioned my sudden death in chat and even engaged my guild, but shortly after, I was disconnected from the game and received a six-month account ban. Despite being a loyal customer for a decade and never cheating, my appeal was rejected, citing the use of a bug. It seems unfair to receive such a severe penalty for unknowingly exploiting a nine-year-old game issue, especially without prior warnings or previous violations during my long tenure in the game.

I returned a pair of shorts over a month ago to Blizzard and have heard nothing about the status of my return. I am disappointed by the lack of communication regarding my exchange. I am uncertain if they have received my return, if it has been accepted, or when the exchange will occur. This lack of information has left me frustrated, especially since the shorts were a Christmas gift for my husband. I am eager to know the whereabouts of the returned shorts and the timeline for the exchange. I hope to receive updates soon about the status of my clothing item.

My account, which is actually my second one, got banned due to abusive chat, according to the email I received. The issue is that despite facing very abusive behavior from others, I seem to be the one punished. It doesn't make sense that players who have been racist and toxic towards me are not facing consequences, but I end up getting banned. This pattern happened with my first account as well where I would react to taunts and racist comments, leading to a ban. On my second account, I tried to handle things differently by confronting those toxic individuals, but now I find myself banned again. It's frustrating to see the same disrespectful players still active while I face penalties. I'm confused about what I'm supposed to do to seek justice and avoid further bans. It feels like harassment, and I'm unsure if someone else is accessing my account. I'm constantly changing passwords and securing my emails, yet the bans persist despite my efforts. I feel unfairly treated compared to those who instigate the conflicts. It's a baffling situation that seems unjust and possibly discriminatory.

I am attempting to transfer a game from an old Blizzard account that I no longer use to my current one. I prefer not to switch between accounts just to play games. I am exploring the option of merging my purchases from one account to another. Initially, I switched my email from Yahoo to Gmail. However, I forgot that I had an existing account linked to my Yahoo email when I created a new account with Gmail and started making purchases. Now I hope to consolidate all my game purchases from my Yahoo-linked account to my Gmail account to have all my games under one account.

In World of Warcraft, I play on Lightbringer server with the character Dragonmonk. I encountered an issue where after using the portal at Sithilis to enter the Chamber of Heart, my character became permanently "Stunned." Despite requesting help in-game and having my character moved to Durotar, the stun persists, rendering my character immobile. Multiple attempts and bug fix requests have not resolved the issue. While all other characters are functioning properly, this particular character remains affected. I am seeking assistance to either unfreeze the character or have it eliminated to remove the stun effect.

I have encountered issues with Overwatch on Xbox for about the past four days. I attempt to join competitive matches with friends or solo, but the game prevents me from entering the lobby, resulting in a loss and penalty for leaving. I strive to increase my SR and not decrease it by leaving matches. Despite being certain it's not my internet, I have been suspended three times due to this game error. I am currently banned from competitive play after being penalized for a match I couldn't even enter while queuing with friends. I kindly request assistance in resolving this ban as all I wish to do is enjoy the game, win or lose. My Xbox account name is Robinxx24.

I purchased a pre-owned Diablo 2 game along with the Lord of Destruction expansion. I installed them but couldn't log in to battle.net due to a VPN extension running in my Chrome browser. Eventually, I learned that Blizzard now uses a 26-digit digital code instead of a 16-digit CD code. So, I uninstalled the pre-owned game, bought the digital version from Blizzard, and entered the new code. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to log in, I still couldn't access battle.net. I've been trying to play this game for days now and continue to encounter issues with getting disconnected from battle.net.

I am facing difficulty accessing my old World of Warcraft account due to a lost authenticator, outdated phone number, and email address. I suspect my previous characters may have been deleted as they are not appearing on the Armory. I recently purchased a new subscription and Battle for Azeroth on a new account because of this issue. I had valuable items on my previous account, including heirlooms, gold, and mounts, which I hope to retrieve or transfer to my current account. I can provide photo ID proof if required. Any assistance in recovering my characters and items would be greatly appreciated as I would prefer not to start from scratch. My previous account's email is [redacted], and my new account is linked to a different email. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

While attempting to record Overwatch gameplay for my YouTube channel, I encountered a frustrating issue. After clicking to join a competitive match, the search icon disappeared, indicating that I was about to enter a game. However, nothing happened. When attempting to exit, the only option provided was to rejoin the match, which still resulted in no progress. Despite being on the main menu, the team chat opened up but displayed an "invalid channel" message when I tried to send a message. To my dismay, I received a warning for inactivity and was subsequently kicked out. This cycle continued, leading to a two-hour ban and a loss of fifty SR. This inconvenience not only set me back significantly but also prevented me from recording competitive gameplay for my channel and playing with my friends. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly.

Hello, I am concerned about Blizzard's account suspensions without clear evidence on console games. It seems they base decisions on the number of reports rather than thoroughly investigating each offense. I encountered a situation in Overwatch where I was reported for not switching characters, which Blizzard states is not a reportable offense. Despite this, my account was suspended. This leads me to believe that accounts are being suspended without proper evidence. It appears one could get someone banned just by sending multiple reports without valid reasons. I would like more insight into their policing methods and wish to file a formal complaint against a game master who handled my case unprofessionally. I am seeking clarification from a Blizzard representative on these matters.

Subject: Trouble with Authenticator on Old Blizzard Account Dear Blizzard Representative, I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing difficulties recovering my Blizzard account, which I created around 5-6 years ago to play Hearthstone. The account has an attached authenticator that is causing me trouble. Despite my best efforts, I have been unable to use the codes to login or remove the authenticator following the steps outlined on your support page. As a young player, I added the authenticator years ago after my account was hacked in World of Warcraft, resulting in the loss of my in-game gear. Now, this same authenticator is impeding my access to the account associated with the email [redacted] I kindly request your assistance in helping me regain access to my account so that I can revisit the games I once enjoyed. For reference, my tag was Deathslaya#[redacted]. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you for your time.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an incident that took place in June of [redacted]. My personal information was compromised when my phone and computers were hacked. I discovered unauthorized installations like a witchetty grub and microphones that have put my identity at risk. I suspect individuals from Melbourne, Australia, are exploiting me for personal gain through your company. As a graphic designer who operates her own business from home, I have realized that my devices have been manipulated with unwanted sensors. This misuse has been ongoing from June until now. I believe Sarah Alexandra (Felicity) is involved and have evidence, but I require your assistance in resolving this witchetty grub and identity theft issue. Please reach me at [redacted]3 or [redacted]. Thank you for your attention. Best, Maria B.

I had a frustrating experience in a match where a duo player declared they would not heal intentionally. As a DPS player receiving little support, I voiced my concerns about the lack of healing. Despite trying, I made comments like "waiting for time to run out" out of frustration. The game masters perceived my deaths as intentional feeding due to the lack of support, leading to ongoing issues with Overwatch customer support. I am hesitant to provide my ID for verification purposes. I feel the reporting system is ineffective and biased. I wish for a resolution, perhaps by muting my account to address my behavior during the match rather than focusing on gameplay sabotage. The current reporting system seems flawed, punishing players based on multiple reports rather than on valid concerns.
