I want you to know you have lost my business for this reason I was at your Tulsa Store address ***** E ** ST I went their to get my tax back and have done this many times at this store I had all my paper work in line ant had my new Tax exempt number that you sent me along with my Tax Exempt card form the state and the fist person did not know how to do it so she called what I guess was a assistant manager and I told him what I need done and he said I can't do that and I told him yes you can them he said I could not do it because it was from another state's store and then told him you mean you don't know you company's policy and the then threw the scanner down hard and told the girl to go help someone else and started to walk away and I said I need a Manager,He said then you go find one so I stood their and kept telling the girl I need a manager finally I started to leave and one stoped me at the door and asked what was going on I told him and the man that said all that to me stood their and I could see he was laughing but the Manager did fix my problem but I was not out of line your man was and for this reason I will not shop at your stores every again this man should have been * let go because if he did it to me he will do it again. This was not called for to bad you can not find good help its you loss.
