The issue in GetHuman-jaspaw's own words
I ordered from a a computer and software from a virtual rep on the phone. The order was declined by my bank. I had to call the bank and they lifted the hold and the order was placed. However, this has happened numerous times before but only with Best Buy. No other company does this to me. I know my card was good and so did the bank once I called but this has happened four times now with Best Buy. I may have to go elsewhere if you can't get this fixed. Please let me know if this can be fixed. Best Buy is the first place I think of for electronics. Don't make it the last.
