You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-symonea's own words
I placed two orders today: BBYTX-************ and BBY**-************. Both orders were cancelled, however, my bank is saying that my card was charged. **I have spoken with at least seven different Customer Service Agents, the latest I spoke with was a latinx lady named Jan via your helpline (**-***-***-****. Jan indicated that an authorization form has to be sent to the bank. I provided an email address of *****@***.com* she also agreed to copy me into this email to the bank. My email address is *****@***.com. This form needs to reach both my bank and I tomorrow - October **, ****.**I am also requesting that an email be sent to me that I can also share with my banking officer. This email should state that both orders were canceled by Best Buy, all transaction holds were removed, and there were no deductions as the orders were not shipped.

GetHuman-symonea did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
