"*Best Buy Privacy Hub **On ****** I arrive at best buy Geek squad for my radio install. Christiana has no appointment for me which I made myself available for by switching work schedules. After getting upset the sales associate says he can get me into the *** Wilmington center for install @**:**am. I drive to Wilmington installation center and they have an attitude like they were annoyed I showed up! Every excuse to not install my radio. They tell me I need more parts that I was not aware of which cost me **.** more! And they do not have an antenna part so my new radio stations will not work just the bluetooth connectivity! I had free installation and they wanted to charge me for installation anyway! What kind of corporate system with a huge lack of communication that leads to such a customer disappointment and frustration! I would like this escalated and researched. I shouldn’t have to feel like your employees don’t want to do a service.
