purchased wrong batteries. Opened to see how to charge (not chargeable). Returned to store for refund on my charge. Was told on line policy was any opened batteries cannot be returned. (none used) Didn't purchase on line, purchased at store. Was told to go on line to see policy. Once again store bought. Took photos of display which clerk brought me to and NOTHING posted about unrefundable if opened. Unless posted this should not be allowed. I will continue to spread the word. If posted, I would have understood and shame on me. Again nothing posted. Unhappy with bb service. Do we have to check online before purchasing. Ridiculous ...
