I purchased a *-year subscription for Office *** Personal (with automatic renewal) for a new laptop on *******. However, I had previously purchased Office *** for my office pc and had the ability to install it on * more devices and installed that instead. I tried to return it to the store today (******) and was told that because it had been more than ** days, I could not get a refund or store credit. I called *-***-BESTBUY to cancel the Office *** Personal subscription and spoke to Jose, who told me he could not cancel the subscription because I had not installed it on my laptop and that I should take it back to the store.**Can you help me with this?
