I purchased two items from you, including one of your Sharp Tv's that each came with a free ** days of Sling. One of them expired before I even installed the tv and Airtv box. The other expires on April **th. Attempting to use it, it says my account is no eligible without any other explanation. I had a friend try it on his account, same results. There was zero information about there being any limitations and I bought the two items with that service in mind. I refuse to spend a bunch of time with you or Sling trying to resolve this. I will just shop somewhere else in the future.
GetHuman-jeffhedr did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
