Best Buy.com is a DISASTER!!! I had an awful experience with an AWFUL manager who I'm sure was located overseas. He frustrated and then angered me with his lack of professionalism. He should for sure be TERMINATED from his role with the public if Best Buy wants to keep customers and sell product. His name is FITZ and his ID * *********. My horrendous experience was specifically over a $**.** product after I already purchased $*.*** of appliances that I was waiting on delivery for. FITZ could care less about anything other than telling me I was wrong, Best Buy was right, and nothing from my previous hours of conversation was documented to substantiate what I was saying about their promises to me. Shame on you Best Buy! Amazon is putting you to shame and easily earning our marketshare.
