Good afternoon,**On the **th of September **** we bought a GoPro Hero * black. Around * weeks ago, the GoPro got a drop of water in it even though we did not take it below **m deep. The droplet has made its way to the screen and won’t disappear after leaving it in rice for a few days. The GoPro is fully functional but obviously this is unacceptable as it’s supposed to be waterproof.**Currently, we use the GoPro very often because we have a sailing channel and, most of our content is recorded with the camera. **We would like to change it as part of the warranty and we like to know how can we start the process.
GetHuman-svparlay did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
