I Had difficulty in setting up the contact in Facebook part of my new Google Home hub. I went to the store and the associates were happy to help me but they said it would probably be best to bring the product back for them to check as it is probably easy to set up or me. When I did so the manager, Myke, said that I was not allowed to get any help. I needed to pay $** and they would come out to set up my hub. I did not need it set up I simply needed at difficulty in setting up the contact and Facebook part of my new Google home hub. I went to the store and the associates were happy to help me but they said it would probably be best to bring the product back for them to check as it is probably easy to set or me. When I did so the manager, Mike, said that I was not allowed to get any help. I needed to pay $** and they would come out to set up my hub. I did not need it set up I simply needed A little guidance. Instead another associate said to simply return it and get a new one. Which I did. However I had bought it before Christmas on sale for *** and today it was on sale for $**. When I got home I realized that they did not even credit me the difference. All in all it was an incredibly horrible experience. Victoria Seahorn, long-time customer!!!
