I purchased a phone online. I am suppose to return my current phone with Verizon. The email I received when I ordered stated I would be getting a mailing label to send my old phone back. I never received it and I have clicked the option to resend it to me and I still do not get it. I get emails fine from Best Buy. My daughter who is on my Verizon account also upgraded and ordered another phone thru Best Buy and she received a mailing label like they said she would. I really don’t want to send my phone back with hers because I am afraid I won’t get credit for it. Can you help? When I requested another email with shipping label it said it had been sent.
