As it turns out * was one day past the extended Xmas return time period and was immediately refused an adjustment.A request to a supervisor produced the same response. Normally I would not be concerned with an items price going down but I purchased this item for ***.** PLUS a repair package based on its current selling price. The new price is **.** a sizable difference. *I have been declined by your customer service department as your rules don’t allow for a case by case examination. Best Buy has the $*** that the adjustment would have been. Enjoy it. It will be the last time I make a purchase at your company.
