The issue in GetHuman-jmus's own words
The order i placed approximately **:**, PM, CST, ********. Order number BBYTX-************, scheduled for *******, *am-*pm. Today *******, *:**, PM. CST, I received a call saying I needed to call and reschedule. I called twice and hung up after ** minutes each time. i called again on my way to work at *:**, PM, CST, and was told the wait time was ** minutes, or get a call back in ** minutes which I accepted. When I got the Icall it sai * minutes to speak to an agent. I hung up after ** minutes. I called the store and the blockhead put e right back into the same que and i hung up after ** minutes. I had to call the store again and rescheduled for *******. **pm-*pm, This a joke and customer abuse. I tried to chat online with an agent on buying and extended warranty and this is the result: *Geek Squad Virtual Agent:*Hi! I'm your automated Virtual Agent. I'd love to help you.
