I placed an order on November **th. Showed as the order to be received on Wednesday the **th. Did not receive made several attempts to contact, on hold for **-** minutes. Once someone was reached could not tell me the status of the order was directed to someone else. Held on for ** minutes and did not speak to anyone. Once I got I. Touch with someone said it would be delivered today, nothing yet. The order status remains the same on the website as bring delivered on the **th.
GetHuman-joannlav did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
