In reference to order number BBY**-************. Order was placed on *****. I paid additional shipping of **.** to have it arrive on *****. I had made arrangements to be at my Moms house so I could set the computer up for her. UPS did not move shipment for several days and the shipment did not arrive until ***** in the evening, I had already left to come home. I have since, set up an appointment with Geek Squad, wiping out my savings on the computer, but oh well that's the way it goes.*I was just wondering when my shipping charges will be refunded to my account? Not sure if I should be paying the additional shipping when it didnt arrive on time.*Thank you and have a great day*David Winter
