UPS stated package was delivered for order: BBY**-************. I was home, and checked the front door within ** minutes of said arrival. When I contacted UPS, they stated that it shows the package was delivered elsewhere. I initiated a claim with UPS and they suggested that I also reach out to the "sender" (Best Buy) as they will also have information regarding the package and apparently will be informed by UPS in regards to the investigation. MY ISSUE, is that I ordered an item that was on sale because of Black Friday. I also used a rebate from my gas and electric provider for a further reduced cost. If this package is indeed lost, and I get REFUNDED, I am still at a loss to obtain the same item for the same cost AND I can't get a NEW code from my electric company because I have already "redeemed" the coupon code they sent. I'm extremely irate at UPS and am hoping they FIND my package, but if not, I'm hoping that Best Buy will honor the same price that I paid per my invoice for the same items due to a NON-consumer error.
UPS customer service person I spoke with was extremely condescending and unhelpful. My wife told me that Best Buy customer service is on point and always friendly.
If the package ISN'T found, and I end up being refunded, I would like Best Buy to honor the price that I paid for my items originally (since I no longer can use the promotion code my electric provider gave, and black friday sales are now over).
Been shopping at Best Buy since I was in my teens.
