Install Spectrum Cable TV app to my TV ... We purchased an Insignia *K UHD Fire TV Edition Model NS-**DF***NA**, Serial *NHXJAYA****** about a week ago. When it was delivered, we found out not only does it not have our Spectrum cable app on it, but I have read that side loading the app from another source can actually cause issues with this TV. What do you suggest as the best solution for correcting this issue. *.Return the TV and purchase another? We got a great deal on this one for just over $*** and I really hate to return it. *.Sideload the app anyway? *.Buy a Roku and attach to the Fire TV? Is this even possible? Is there also an issue with actually purchasing a Roku and attaching it to this TV? Any help you can give me would be appreciated. It was a real surprise when I realized we could not use our cable subscription with this Insignia Fire TV.
It just is. It has taken a lot of my time. hours and hours. No one told me before the TV was purchased that it would not take Spectrum App
