I kept calling the Benton Harbor location. * times to be exact. I simply wanted to get the name of a laptop that I was looking at a couple of days previous. Your call center REFUSED to connect me directly with the store. Instead she INSISTED on having me provide her with the specific product, the department...and on and on. I HOPE YOU RECORD YOUR CONVERSATIONS FRO TRAINING PURPOSES. I have been shopping at Best Buy long before any of these brats were born...I don't care what kind of training they get...and what the excuses are. I'M NOT COMING BACK until this is made right!!!!! I live * miles from your store. My phones, TV's, electronics come mostly from BB...that's going to end. I wanted to be connected with the store..I know most of the people and they know me because I'm in all the time. This is complete ****. If this is not resolved, when the time comes, no more phones, TV's, electronics, gaming systems, birthday, Christmas, etc is going to be spent at BB...EVER!!!!**Joseph Urbanski***** Country Knoll Pl*St. Joseph, MI *********-***-****
