I purchased Bose headphones from one of your stores on or about October **, **** at regular price. I was told by an employee that price could change and i would have until January **, **** to get a difference back if the price of the product i purchased happened to be lowered. I was further told that i couldn't price match until after Cyber Monday due to sales. I went to one of your Best Buy stores on Tuesday (November **, ****) and was told that i could only get a price match if it occurred within a ** day period. I told them about what i was told to which they couldn't find a solution. I would really like to get this issue resolved please. I love the product and had no intentions on returning it other than getting a price match within your department. Phone number is ***-***-**** (purchase made through rewards program)
