During this Cyber Monday, I bought a Surface Pro * online and payed the additional $*.** fee for same day delivery. At around *pm the same day, I received an email saying that they could not deliver to me. I was given the options of picking it up a week later at a store or paying an additional $** to get it Friday, so I paid the $**. I would like to be refunded the $** I spent in total or given some kind of compensation for Best Buy’s inability to follow through with my order. I’m a college student at the University of San Francisco in the midst of finals week, and I think some kind of refund seems reasonable considering I couldn’t get a device that would be helping me a lot at the moment. Especially since I paid almost $**** for it.
