I called * times on Black Friday **** to ask a few heneral questions before ordering online. The first * times I got a non-US based rep who had a heavy Indian accent and couldn't understand enough English to provide service, didn't know what she was talking about. She claimed she asked a manager my question then lied and said they were not there when I requested a manager. The next * times I got a nasty man with a heavy Indian accent who refused to give me a US based rep then just threw my call into the general que. I got disgusted and chose not to buy anything. Lost great price on an SD card. Not inclined to buy at Best Buy again.
