The issue in GetHuman-dolivo's own words
I was at the Staten Island Best Buy to purchase minutes for my phone. I have been coming to this store to purchase minutes for over a year. I wanted to purchase * $**.** total cards (which I have purchased before). After the cashier rung up my purchase the pin *’s did not print out on the receipt. He did this twice and the same thing no pin * ‘s. He gets another cashier who gets another total card and proceeds to do this * more times. Then they decide they will look for some sort of card. After being there for over ** minutes the manager came over to help someone while he was walking away I told him what was happening and he got very rude with me. He yelled that someone was calling somebody. Now it’s ** minutes later and the person who was making the phone call is gone. The original cashier calls him and then tells me they can’t complete my purchase. The manager was not helpful at all and besides not helping me he was very unprofessional with his attitude when asked for his help to complete my purchase. Maybe a little training in customer service would help him as a store manager.
